TownePlace Suites Chantilly/Dulles 14036
Thunderbolt Place Talked with Joey (He is a great person and great employee) at the Towneplace Suites on April 4, 2011. At my inquiry, he recommended the China Cafe on Metrotech in Chantilly, as good Chinese food that delivers.
He was right! Great lunch entree for $6.

| The TownePlace Suites Chantilly Dulles offers guest a
studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom suite for the price of a regular
hotel room. Sometimes much less than a single room at nearby hotels.
These suites offer the same amenities as an apartment. Full kitchen:
oven, range, microwave, full-size refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher,
pots, pans, dishes, utensils. A desk with telephone plugs for laptop
computer access. A sofa, coffee table, and full cable TV (at this
location 100 Channels). Comfortable bed. The studio suites, which I have experienced,
offer more than enough room to relax and stay for one night or a few
weeks.
A nice pool with great lifeguards is available in the summer, outdoors, from 10 a.m. to 9p.m. Claudiu and Dimitri were the most recent contract "pool boys". They were great! The continental breakfast is nothing to write home about. Muffins, juice, breakfast bars and coffee. Big Wow! But, there is a Bob Evans right across the street and a kitchen in the suite.

| The TownePlace Suites Chantilly Dulles is convenient to Herndon, Centreville, Fair Oaks, Fair Lakes, the Washington Dulles International Airport and most of the Dulles Corridor. Many shops, grocery stores, businesses and restaurants, including the Bob Evan's in Chantilly, are conveniently located nearby. The Dulles Airport (IAD) is located some 8 to 10 minutes away. |

The TownePlace Suites Chantilly/Dulles is located off of Route 50 (Lee Jackson Memorial Highway) between Centerville Road / Wallney Road and Route 28 (Sully Road). This is about 2/10 of a mile east of the intersection of Route 50 and Route 28. Look for the Bob Evan's restaurant off of the highway and the TownePlace Suites is right behind it. (For a map to the area please click here). Bob Evans, Longhorn Steakhouse, Damon's (ask for Bill, Captain Jean-Luc Picards' 3rd great grandfather) are adjacent to the hotel property. |

Claudiu, The very nice lifeguard will be working here later today. Claudiu also worked at Damon's grill. There he is known as 'Adrian'

 The TownePlace Suites Chantilly/Dulles 2009 and I'm not staying here. A mistake? Yes. The problem with the a/c last year notwithstanding I think I would have had a better vacation at this hotel then at the Suburban in Sterling. |

I got seduced by $38 Hotwire. Just spend an extra $10 for a nicer hotel!
