Here is information on my 1996 August 29 to September 4 visit to the Marriott Suites Washington Dulles Herndon, Virginia and the surrounding Northern Virginia sections of Fairfax County and Loudon County . During this visit I stayed at the Marriott Suites Washington Dulles, 13101 Worldgate Drive in Herndon, Virginia. The Dulles Suites Marriott is attached to the Worldgate Centre, home to many fine shops, restaurants and a cinema.

Counter top in the bathroom with my toiletries taken from a video recorded this visit 1996.

This is how the bed looked an evening of my stay in 1996. This is the result of the hotels "turndown service". Housekeeping would stop by the room in the early evening turndown the bed, place pillows on the bed, put chocolates and the room service menu on the bed and turn on the radio. It was really nice receiving this service. I especially enjoyed returning to a room with the light on and the radio playing music.

The old key card and door lock for the Marriott Suites' rooms. These plastic cards had holes punched in them. You would insert and remove to unlock the door. The hotel uses magnetic cards now.
