Here is information on my 2005 December 31 to 2006 January 2 visit to Herndon, Virginia and the surrounding Northern Virginia sections of Fairfax County and Loudon County . During this visit I stayed at the Marriott Suites Washington Dulles, 13101 Worldgate Drive in Herndon, Virginia. The Dulles Suites Marriott is attached to the Worldgate Centre, home to many fine shops, restaurants and a cinema.

December 31, 2005 Breakfast at the Chutzpah Deli. Huge portions and huge selection of food. Took some with me. Great service! Checked in to room 204 at the Marriott Suites. Requested a move to high floor. Moved to room 1024. Watched Dinner at the restaurant in the Marriott. Wonderful service by manager as Nathan tended bar. Fantastic steak and food. Great meal! Talked with couple from D.C. who came here for New Years Eve too. Man was a cross between Mr. Marvin Runyon, Colonel Sanders and my Uncle Jim. Very nice man. Watched The Family Stone at the Phoenix Worldgate. Respected the no smoking room and went outside to smoke a cigar and enjoy a Fosters beer inside my movie Pepsi cup.
