Exercise and eating healthy* continues into June 2011 It is 405 Days since I started exercising on May 10, 2010

 

June 17, 2011 at work

On the CFO's luggage scale

Today is June 19, 2011 Sunday

I was in the gym at 7am

I did 1 hour of cardio on the Cybex Arc trainer - hill setting - level 6 to 10 (last 44 minutes at 10)

I then did my leg, hips and abdominal/back exercises for about 1 hour 10 minutes.

4 for legs and hips - 4 for ab/back

 

   
     
 
* I may overindulge in whole grains and other healthy snacks - ie bowl of Kashi right after dinner

Bit too much port here and there

Hopefully I wipe it out and then some with the hour of cardio and hour of weights the next day.

I am trying to cut out the booze on "school nights". Did it last Tuesday to and including Friday.  
     

 

Compare breakfast from 2006 to 2011
2011 - Sunday 1111am typing this and eating a healthy breakfast after 2hours in gym and food shopping. 2006 - Monday 1109am finish cooking breakfast after NO hours in the gym

 

  2006 1109am - two eggs - 3 Canada Bacon - Bread from Lone Star with butter

v-8 and coffee

2011 - Skillet at exact same time on camera

cooked 1 egg and egg whites - spinich - hint of salt triscuits

2% milk - black coffee
