The quest to lose 10 (additional) pounds

 

Start - Monday January 24, 2011

I have been maintaining the same weight (215-219) for about 5 weeks.

This with decreased cardio and exercise and increased snacking and less healthy living.

And eating healthy foods but in greater quantities.

 

 

   

Still I am maintaining, thankfully.

 

I would like to lose 10 pounds. I want to get to the area of 205-209 and try to maintain that for 5 weeks and then maintain for 55 weeks and then maintain for 555 weeks.....

Thoughts Sunday morning 1/30/2011 "Cyclical dieting", "cheat day", "kicking back at the end of a long week". Whatever you call it......   It don't help you reach you goals

Unless you plateau. And I didn't this week, clearly.

3 hard ciders, 3 beers, some cookies, some fried Indian food.....

 
Thoughts Saturday evening 2/05/2011 That morning barefoot weight below clouded the great weight you recorded yesterday evening at work.   Why clouded ? When I recorded Saturday 2/5 weight loss amount at work I didn't believe amount I recorded 1/29. It was CORRECT!

I completely forgot.

    2/5 849pm - shoes on as I'm doing laundry, but a beer was just opened and 2 more put in freezer for quick cool.

  Let us "kick back at the end of a long week" or short week as I took a few vacation days.

  • Avocado - Where have you been all my life? Glad that QB was pitching them at Super Bowl media dae.
  • shot vodka lemon Kettle One
  • Shot French booze thing
  • Nutella (now in trash Sunday as first ingredient is sugar.)

Not to indict the Sugar industry - I want it as the 4th ingredient.

  • Cookies (no more in house)
  • High carb dinner
  • egg roll
  • Indian fried thing
  I felt and was hungover Sunday - felt like #2

After getting into rhythm on bike/cardio felt great on bike.

Afterwards felt hungover again.
