with a client and by the time I picked up the phone, I literally heard the
phone on the other end hang up. |

Same nice lady on the Food and Beverage register, .
The next day she remembered me and inquired if I was
coming back for those healthy snack bars? |

The RN and I couldn't figure out.

He made the classic hands outstretched and
shaking movement signaling frustration. |

Talk with family friend Ron in the lobby by
the elevator and Maternity ward waiting area on floor 2.
It was comforting. |

While the RN's assisted him I was by the
nurse's station listening to the head nurse (?) deal with a scheduling
problem. Nurse Michelle M. was written in on the schedule for tonight but
when called said she talked with X about being off.
The head nurse called X to verify and tried
to get help from ER nurses until a replacement could arrive at 11pm.
