| 2011 or 2005 | Sunday the 26th 2011 Woke at 5:45am and did 45 minutes of cardio on bike. Ate 1 egg and 8 oz of egg whites and onions and peppers and toast and banana and tea and 8oz milk and about 10oz carrot juice and tbsp hemp seeds and tbsp of flax seed and small amount of Smart Balance |
2005 Woke at Noon Ate 1 egg and 3 bacon and 2 french toast and syrup and 16 oz milk Smoke cigar outside Borders Books and Cafe at one of my favorite parking spots (I'll miss you Borders) and listen to Cigar Dave Super Fresh and later the Oscars on television. Hillary Swank. Cate Blanchette.
