Pledged to adopt an Olympic Lifestyle and start eating healthy. I didn't! At least not immediately. It took 2 more months

Visit with Dr. G as Dr K not available.

I was concerned about amount of weight loss after RN at work raised concern.

Dr G absolutely 100% fine with progress. Healthy eating and exercise will do this. Have you seen Weight Loss shows? You're not drinking a shake a day diet, so this is perfectly fine.

Well Done! Literally Taken aback and asked if I had gastric bypass surgery when saw the 110 pound difference from last visit.  (My recollection is he leaned back in chair in front of computer and shook head with wide eye abandon. Well maybe not the abandon part.)

Seems weight was incorrectly recorded as 240 this visit, not 271.4 , and rounded up to 350 last visit.

Blood work test so far are great. BP great.

Exercise bike is the least "harmful" (my word) exercise on the knees.

My orthopedic doctor

He recommends less weight training (15 min tops) and the elliptical machine at ((220-my age) * 80%) heart rate.

Start at 15 min. Add 10% per night. When at 30 min add resistance and gradually increase incline.

I have yet to spend the money. But I recently added resistance to the bike. What took me so long! Wasn't riding bike on 1, but I should have added to the resistance even if a few minutes here and there. For example 6 - 2 min, 7 - 2min, 8 - 2min instead of 5 for 6 min! What a wasted of ... I didn't waste anything I am down 77 pounds... look at the bright side.

It boost my heart rate 20 bpm at times, the increase in resistance.

You lost 40 pounds since your last visit. Well done. Congratulations.

Routine visit with Doctor K, MD.

"The case of the incredible shrinking man."

Accolades from Doctor K too over my weight loss. He had to double check the numbers.  "You went from 350 to 220 in less than 7 months, is that right?"  Well I weighed 344.4 back in May.

(It seems the weight is shown in a graph, not exact numbers.)

Told Doctor K he had a lot of influence on my.

Was it all my joking?

No, but It was your "one pound" comment back in May.

re: drink warm milk, non-fat.

Not 2 %

"Don't second guess yourself. Keep doing whatever it is your doing" I just assumed you were doing the non-fat

No with 2% milk/ yogurt or 4% cottage cheese it's what, an extra five minutes on the arc trainer to compensate for it.

Nurse Annette Y.

weighed me, blood pressure, pulse, history, printed my blood work.
