		2011 March 6 Purchased XL Fruit-Loom t-shirts at Neshaminy Wal-Mart. Tried on after shower - Can't wait to wear to work, They Fit! Yea!
2011 February 25th Found in the trunk of my car, in a plastic shopping bag, a "clean" pair of underwear from years ago. Harbor Bay Size 5XL - 58-60 - WOW!!! Thankfully I am now wearing Fruit of the Loom XL.		before diet, 2010, 2011
Clothes on the floor		Years, a decade ago, 1997, I could shop for work pants at Sears and they were good quality and dirt cheap.	Now I need to shop at Casual Male XL

Today's Man shirt, 1 of 2 that were never opened. Plastic wrap stained with years of cigar (mine) and Dad's cigarette smoke.	2007 - 09 25, Donated stacks and stacks and bags of XL clothes during 'Spring Cleaning'³, (spring cleaning cubed or to the 6th power as it is never done.) Langhorne Square Clothing drop off on Business Route 1 by Wendy's in 2007. In 2010, around October I wanted to use these boxes but they were full. Drove by in November 2010, they are near Planet Fitness, and bags were dumped by other people.		2007 Today's Man XL shirt. Sorry I gave you up. Would love to have worn you in 2010.

	6/6 A 48 pair of pants, No Way! Too ambitious to think, even with stretch technology. Size 50 good! . Though its a 50 w/ comfort waist so it is stretching. Great, as it is smaller than size 52	6/6 A 2x shirt is too tight	7/9 Belt worn at 5th hole little loose. 6th hole bit tight

	7/9 50 pants fitting much better almost buttoning without stretching. Almost!
7/29 Purchased size 46 pants that stretch. Wore on 7/30 but still a bit tight, changed back to 50 (Try again in 10 pounds). Didn't buy 48's as pants cost $60 a pair, I should say $60 each, as you don't get a pair of pants (i.e. 2) for $60.			7/29 Wearing a 46/48 belt at the 3rd hole from start
	8/23 Wore xl Argentina Football jersey. Fits better than other XL jerseys. John from work loves the shirt.	8/9/10 - Unwashed brand new, Fruit of the Loom T-shirt fits just fine. Washed ones fit good too.	8/7 Found myself wearing belt a 4th hole from start.

	8/25 Fruit of Loom underwear 2XL and 3XL are both tight. Give me my Casual Male 2 for $16, 3XL's. I want so much to start wearing Fruit Loom again!
8/26 Fruit of the Loom cotton workout shorts, 3XL, that I have been stretching and wearing to bed for years (grey, blue, black) and working out in (blue and black) are falling off of me, somewhat. Had to stop while walking to the dumpster put down trash bag, recyclables and lamp box and pull up 'the grey shorts with a light brown stain' ½ way to trash. Sadly time to retire them. They're threadbare so I won't donate them Got 2 pair of Starter 2XL (44-46) dri-star comp. loose short. Fit well. Hopefully can find one to sleep in and wear about the house.

9/10/10 Received 2 pairs of Hush Puppies from Zappos.com. The fit great, but shoes have no support. Must wear with my custom orthodics.		9/9/10 Received XL rugby shirt from LL Bean.		9/9/10 Received two xl jackets ordered from LL Bean. Fit nice. Wore to work early morning of 9/10 and 9/11. Sadly got soap on sleeve Saturday evening while washing up at work.
	9/11/2010 Tried on a 42 pair of pants. They button but my gut and fat sack between my belly and man place stick out too much. Another month, hopefully. Depending on where the fat burns		9/11/2010 Tried on a 40-42 belt at Casual Male XL - No way! (Thing is my current belt is 46-48 so I should've tried 44-46).
	9/15/10 I want to buy a size 44 pant even if I wear it for a month.		9/15/10 I want to buy a $30 44/46 belt too.
	9/17/10 Purchased from Casual Male XL 2 size 44 pants and 42-44 belt. Size 46 pants and 46-48 belt worn to until about 5pm when I unpacked all my shopping and changed to xl Starter shorts.	9/17/10 Purchased from Wal-mart size XL Faded Glory shirts for like $8. Got Fruit of the Loom XL sweat shirt and pants for cool night lounging around the house. Orange Brick HTR Cabana Blue		9/5/10 Sunday - Ordered from LL Bean a couple of Zipper Sweaters and a Rugby Shirt
	9/18/10 Wore for first full day, Fruit of the Loom 3x under shorts. The cut of them with my body, work almost perfectly. Clothes a bit tight at work. The 3X Fruit Loom plus 2ns-3rd loop on 42-44 belt. It is mostly the underwear that makes everything feel tight.
	9/24/10 Thinking about going back to casual male 3x shorts. Everything it too tight at work. And it starts w/ shorts waist band, (Didn't!)
	10/09/2010 Found some nice soft cotton Champion shorts at The Sports Authority - 2XL too big - XL ok to wear around
	10/22/2010 - Wearing to work the size 42 work pants I purchased from LL Bean on Monday and tried on last night. I didn't think they would fit. Looked too small. Like a glove!		10/31/2010 - Using 4th hole on the belt.
	11/04/2010 - Received 2 size 40 pants from LL Bean and tried them. They fit, but I wonder with work shirt and t-shirt how they'll fit. Will wear to work 11/5/2010 Friday.		11/5/2010 - Will try on size 40 belt with new pants.

	2011 January 23-24 I need more under wear - wearing 2XL. XL Fruit of the Loom under shorts (7 pack) purchased at Target - They fit ! Yes!! 2 more 7 packs purchased at Wal-Mart for $3 less.	Fruit of the Loom XL "sweat shirt" and "sweat pants". They fit so much better than the XL Hanes Purchased a pair for like 5.99 each at Wal-Mart

	Memories Tucked away on shelf in closet - 4XL aka XXXXL Harbor Bay undershorts - on the shelve washed and folded but stained forever

	Addidas Performance ClimaCool -workout shorts Size XL, They fit! - bought two pair at Dick's for $22 each - At first only buying 1 at $30 - Found out at register on sale - got 2nd.

	How to measure for size. Neck: Use a soft tape measure to measure around the base of your neck. Enter your measurements in half-inch increments, rounding up if necessary. Chest: (For suit and jacket size.) Measure over a shirt. Tape should be up under arms and straight across shoulder blades. Sleeve: With your elbow bent, measure from the middle of your back directly below neck--across shoulders and elbow to the wrist. Total inches is your sleeve length. Waist: Measure over shirt only at the point where pants are normally worn. Inseam: Take a pair of well-fitting pants of a similar style. Lay them flat across a hard surface or table.
